Kelly Nittoli

Kelly Nittoli, Psy.D., currently serves as the Senior Manager of Assessment, Coaching, and Pathways Programs at Blue Shield of California, where responsibilities include enhancing talent management initiatives aligned with organizational strategic goals. Previously, Kelly held several roles at Woodbury University, including Assistant Vice President of Academic & Community Resources, where a focus was placed on implementing campus-wide classroom scheduling automation and improving course scheduling protocols. Additional positions at Woodbury University involved directing community programs and coordinating special programs. Academic experience also includes serving as an adjunct instructor at Los Angeles Trade Technical College and involvement in curriculum development. Kelly Nittoli holds a Doctorate in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University, a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of San Diego.
