Sari-Liia Tonttila

Sari-Liia Tonttila serves as the Managing Director at Ahjo Communications Oy since March 2020, having previously held the same role at the company from 1996 to August 2017. Tonttila is also a Deputy Member on the Board of the Council of Ethics for Communication in Finland, contributing to ethical practices in the communication profession since January 2016. Additionally, Tonttila held leadership positions in the Finnish Association of Marketing, Technology and Creativity and the International Communications Consultancy Organisation from 2014 to 2018. Previous experience includes being the CEO of Weber Shandwick's affiliate in Finland and working as an Editor at Yleisradio from 1989 to 1995. Sari-Liia Tonttila holds an MSc in Sociology and Communication from the University of Jyväskylä.
