Matthew Underhill

Matthew Underhill's work experience includes being the Head of Global Infrastructure at Alfred H Knight since 2018, where they lead a global team and ensures uptime and cyber security SLAs are met. Prior to that, they worked at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine from 2015 to 2018, starting as an IT Operations Team Leader and later serving as an IT Systems Analyst. Matthew also worked at Brainboxes Ltd from 2009 to 2015, initially as a Network/Systems Administrator and later as a Technical Support Engineer.
