Vipula Costa

Vipula Costa has over 10 years of experience in the merchandising and marketing industry. Vipula currently holds the position of Merchandising & Marketing Head at Ahlers AG since July 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Merchandising & Marketing at Sailimei Co.,Ltd from June 2016 to June 2019. Vipula also worked as the Merchandising & Marketing Manager at Yunusco Group from April 2014 to May 2016. Their earlier experience includes roles at MAS Holdings, CRYSTAL MARTIN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, and Smart Shirts Limited, Sri Lanka.

Vipula Costa completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Vipula obtained a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Kelaniya. Additionally, between 2008 and 2010, Vipula attended the Sri Lanka Institute of Textile and Apparel, where they earned a Diploma in Textile & Apparel Technology with a focus on Fashion/Apparel Design. Vipula's education journey began at Maris Stella College in Negombo, Sri Lanka, where they attended from 1994 to 2007, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
