Ali Zahid

Ali Zahid has extensive work experience in the banking sector. Ali is currently serving as the Divisional Head in Project Finance, Syndications & Energy at ahlibank since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ahli Bank SAOG for a period of ten years. In their roles at Ahli Bank, they served as the Divisional Head for Large Corporates, with a focus on manufacturing, energy, utilities, and contracting, from October 2018 to January 2022. Before that, they were a Team Leader for Energy, Utilities & Contracting in the Large Corporates division from April 2017 to October 2018. Ali started their career at Ahli Bank SAOG as a Senior Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking division in June 2012 and held this position until March 2017. Prior to joining Ahli Bank SAOG, they worked at MCB Bank Limited as a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking division from August 2005 to June 2012.

Ali Zahid attended the Euromoney Institute in Hong Kong in 2014, where they studied the financing of Power, Oil & Gas Industries. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they obtained an MBA in Marketing from the Lahore School of Economics.
