Amna Al Raisi has several years of work experience in the banking and environmental sectors. Amna began their career at Oman Environmental Services Holding Co. SAOC - be'ah in 2017 as a Community Outreach Agent, where they spread awareness about waste management and built corporate relationships with various organizations. In 2019, Amna joined ahlibank as a Direct Sales Executive, where they presented and sold banking services to clients, processed applications, and worked closely with loan officers. Amna later transitioned to the role of Sales Officer, focusing on customer satisfaction, resolving queries, and implementing strategies to increase customer purchases and cross-sell bank products. Amna's work experience has enhanced their communication skills and customer service abilities.

Amna Al Raisi pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Nottingham Malaysia, from 2013 to 2016. In 2018, they participated in the National Youth Program for Skills Development in the Sultanate of Oman, where they obtained a Nano-degree in Data Foundation.
