Khurram Ghufran

Khurram Ghufran, CFA, has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. Khurram is currently serving as the Head of Asset Management at ahlibank since March 2021. Prior to their current role, Khurram held senior positions at bank muscat, starting as a Fund Manager from April 2014 to February 2016 before becoming a Senior Fund Manager from March 2016 to March 2021.

Before their time at bank muscat, Khurram worked at Global Investment House, where they started as an Investment Analyst in April 2008 and later became a Portfolio Manager from February 2011 to March 2014. Khurram began their career in 2006 as a Research Analyst at KASB Securities, where they worked until March 2008.

With a strong background in asset management, fund management, portfolio management, and research analysis, Khurram Ghufran, CFA, brings a diverse skill set to their current role.

Khurram Ghufran, CFA received their education from various reputable institutions. Khurram completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences in the years 1999-2003. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Institute of Business Administration from 2004-2006. Recently, in 2023, they attended IMD and completed a program in Leadership Essentials.
