Mikko Jalava

Mikko Jalava has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Mikko is currently the Area Sales Director for the Industry Division at Ahlsell Oy, where they lead a team of sales professionals serving various industrial sectors. Mikko also serves as the Manager of the Key Account Manager team, responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies for major clients in the Finnish heavy industry segment.

Prior to their current position, Mikko worked at ABB as an Enterprise Sales Manager and Sales Director. Mikko was responsible for managing sales operations and driving business growth. Before that, they held the role of Senior Area Account Manager at NITTO EUROPE NV.

Mikko also has experience in consultative sales at Savcor Forest Oy, where they served as an Account Manager, focusing on the Finnish and Swedish process industry. Additionally, they worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Project Manager and Project Engineer, managing projects in the tissue paper industry.

Early in their career, Mikko worked at Prohost Multiworks in customer service.

Mikko Jalava attended Tampere University of Technology from 2000 to 2006.
