Victor Blinov

Victor Blinov has extensive experience in the paper and production industries, currently serving as TCS Manager at Ahlstrom since June 2007, focusing on quality control, claim handling, technical customer service, R&D, and wastewater treatment. Prior to this role, Victor held positions including R&D Manager at Ahlstrom, Production Manager at AirFlute, and R&D Manager at Kamenskaya paper board mill, where significant technology improvements were made, including a patented method of corrugated board production. Early career roles included Production Laboratory Chief at Spetslit and Spectral Analyses Laboratory Chief at an engineering plant. Victor holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from Urals State University, a Bachelor's degree in Paper Making from Kamenskaya papermaking high school, and a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the President program.
