Taha bin Shaukat

Taha Bin Shaukat has over 15 years of work experience in the finance and audit field. Taha started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte and eventually became an Assistant Manager in Audit and Assurance. Taha then joined Dr. Sulaiman AL Habib Medical Group as the Corporate Financial Controller for four years. Taha later joined NMC Healthcare as the Director of Finance and subsequently moved to SMG as the Director of Finance, then promoted to Vice President Finance, and finally became the Chief Financial Officer. Taha is currently working at Ahmed Abdullah Hamad Al Essa Company as the Chief Financial Officer. Taha has a strong background in financial management, audit, and control systems.

Taha Bin Shaukat has a diverse education history. Taha first attended Little Folks School from 1995 to 2004, where they completed their Matriculation. Taha then went on to Adamjee Government Science College from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued Intermediate Science with a focus on Pre-Engineering. Following that, Taha enrolled at Karachi University from 2006 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance.

Taha continued their education by attending Asia e University, where they completed a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance with a focus on Malaysia. Taha also pursued further education in Economics, earning a Master's degree from Karachi University.

In terms of certifications, Taha has obtained several additional qualifications. Taha completed Computer Practical Training for 180 hours and Presentation Skills Training Course for 100 hours, both offered by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Taha also acquired the certification of Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) in 2022. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA) qualification from the Institute for Internal Controls in July 2022.
