Scharique Mohammad

Scharique Mohammad has extensive work experience in various IT roles. Scharique currently holds the position of Group IT Head at Ahmed Mansoor Alaali Co BSC since 2023. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2023, they worked at Systems Limited, where they served as VP - Project Governance and AVP - Project Governance, leading teams and driving transformative projects in Data Analytics and AI for clients in the USA and UK regions. Before that, from 2013 to 2019, they were employed at TechVista Systems as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for defining project scopes and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Scharique also gained experience as a Project Manager at Systems Limited from 2012 to 2013. Scharique started their career as a Consultant at BearingPoint - Mazars Consulting from 2010 to 2012, where they managed diverse assignments and developed IT audit frameworks. Additionally, they worked as a Software Configuration and Project Manager at 360training from 2008 to 2010, as a Project Coordinator & Configuration Administrator at The Shams Group from 2006 to 2008, as a Deployment & Process Lead at AMZ Access from 2005 to 2006, and as a Systems Manager at Emmaculate Solutions from 2003 to 2005.

Scharique Mohammad received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in IT from Hamdard University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. In addition to their degree, Scharique gained additional certifications throughout their career. In June 2007, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN. Then, in April 2016, they obtained the Prince2Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In May 2016, Scharique also obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from the same institution. Finally, in August 2016, they obtained the COBIT5 certification from ISACA.
