Kevin J. Murtagh

Mr. Murtagh has extensive appellate experience and has argued cases in the Appellate Divisions of the First, Second, and Third Judicial Departments of the New York State Supreme Court, New York Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
