Sophia Delfini

Sophia Delfini is a professional with a strong background in sensory quality and food science. Currently serving as a Specialist in the Sensory Quality Program and Sensory Technology Coordinator at Ahold Delhaize USA since December 2021, Sophia previously held the position of Lead Cheesemaker at Shelburne Farms from June 2020 to December 2021, and worked as a Laboratory Technician at St Albans Cooperative Creamery in June 2019. Sophia earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Vermont, complementing this education with a study abroad program focused on Public Health at The University of Western Australia in 2019. Sophia's educational background also includes a High School Diploma from Villa Joseph Marie, awarded in 2016.
