Previous roles include VP Business Services HR EU and Sr. Director Business Services HR, where Barbara focused on optimizing HR services and payroll processes across multiple countries. With prior experience at Ahold and Albert Heijn, Barbara has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, reward systems, and the establishment of European HR service organizations. Barbara holds Master's degrees in International Law and Dutch Civil Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Cornell University.
