Rik de Wildt has a diverse work experience spanning from 1986 to the present, with roles in various companies. Rik has held positions as an Interim Agile Coach, Development Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. Rik has also served as an Agile Lead for Ad-Tech at Albert Heijn, focusing on cluster management. Rik has worked at Action, where they were responsible for setting up a digital IT department and driving organizational change. Additionally, Rik has worked as an Agile Coach for Icemobile, improving backlog management and facilitating the shift to Azure Cloud. Before that, they held multiple roles at Ahold, including Manager of Scrum Development and Agile Project Management, Agile Project Manager and Coach, and Manager of Project and Service Delivery for Ahold E-Commerce. Rik has extensive experience in IT project management and implementation, specifically in the areas of logistics and supply chain management. Rik de Wildt has a diverse education history. In 1980 to 1983, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Hogeschool Alkmaar. In 1988 to 1990, they studied IT at AMBI. Throughout their career, they pursued various certifications and training programs. These include certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional from Scrum Alliance, Deep Democracy levels 1, 2, and 3 in Human Dimensions, and certifications in management 3.0, relationship systems coaching, and Lean Change Management. Rik also acquired specific agile and scrum certifications including Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Xebia. Furthermore, they have attended training programs in LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) and Kanban. Lastly, they obtained a Prince2 Foundation certification in Project Management.
