Splynther Schild

Splynther Schild is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Global HR Business Partner for IT at Ahold Delhaize since July 2022. Prior roles include HR Business Partner NL and Jr. HR Business Partner at JBT Corporation from November 2019 to July 2022, along with an HR internship at Sonion in early 2018. Splynther began a career in the field of marketing as a Nespresso Experience Specialist at PSfm 100% Fieldmarketing from November 2015 to August 2017.
