Thijs Duyzings has extensive experience in the foodservice and e-commerce sectors, primarily with Ahold Delhaize since May 2011. In the role of New Foodservice Concepts at Albert Heijn, Thijs drives the development and growth of innovative foodservice offerings both in-store and online. Previous positions include Head of Marketing for AH E-commerce & AH To Go in the Netherlands and Belgium, where Thijs strengthened brand relationships, and Lead E-commerce Manager, overseeing cross-functional teams for dry groceries and drinks. Additionally, Thijs contributed to the creation of enhanced fresh e-commerce categories and co-founded the first online fresh bakery in the Netherlands. Thijs began the career as a Brand Manager for Albert in the Czech Republic and participated as a Management Trainee in marketing and store operations. Thijs holds a Cum Laude LLM in International Law from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of Groningen.
