Toma Rousseau

Toma Rousseau has extensive experience in IT infrastructure, currently serving as a Data Center Supervisor at Ahold Delhaize since May 2010, where responsibilities include 24/7 operational monitoring and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues to prevent data processing delays. Prior to this role, Toma worked at Delhaize Belgium from March 2004 to May 2010 in various positions, including Service Desk support, where the majority of internal IT incidents were resolved directly. Toma began a career in the retail sector as a store employee, handling tasks such as merchandising and logistics. Educational qualifications include a degree in web development from IFOSUP and training in electro-mechanics and electronics from CTSJ, complemented by various certifications from INRACI and ESI HEB.
