Vishnu Johny Sheeba

Vishnu Johny Sheeba has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working at AHOY LLC as a Customer Support Operation Specialist. Vishnu's roles included dispatching planning for different cities in UAE, managing the day-to-day distribution of manpower and vehicles, tracking riders' performance, facilitating site visits, and ensuring special request orders are delivered with care. From 2015 to 2020, Vishnu worked at Dubai Airports as a Customer Service Team Lead. Vishnu's roles included organizing the Customer Service team's daily workload, leading and maintaining a highly skilled team of Customer Service Representatives, attending mandatory Staff Meetings and Staff Training Sessions, and taking the time to find out customers' expectations by getting feedback. In 2020, Vishnu began working at Vabene General Contracting as a Project Coordinator. Vishnu's roles included scheduling and coordinating the flow of work within or between departments, revising schedules according to work order specifications, distributing work orders to departments, and maintaining an inventory of materials and parts needed to complete production.
