Ibtsam Shah

Ibtsam Shah is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT services and infrastructure. Currently, as the Head of IT Services and Infrastructure at AHR since August 2019, Ibtsam oversees day-to-day IT operations, technology strategy, and security while managing a multimillion-pound budget. Prior roles include IT Service Desk Manager at AHR and IT Service Desk Team Leader at Burberry, where Ibtsam led a global support team. Experience also encompasses responsibilities as an IT Support Engineer at Golley Slater and a Service Desk Analyst/Knowledge Manager at Fujitsu Global. Ibtsam holds a BSc Hons degree in Computer & Entertainment Technology from Leeds Beckett University and A Level qualifications in Information Technology from Outwood Grange.
