Mina Raafat "Mba

Mina Raafat has a diverse work experience in quality management and operational excellence. Their most recent role was as the Head of Quality Management at Ahram Security Group, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Quality Management, Testing Labs and HSE Manager at Jadeela Steel industries from January 2022 to October 2023. At Mercedes-Benz Egypt, Mina served as the Quality Management and Operational Excellence Head from February 2020 to January 2022, and earlier as a Quality Management Production Supervisor Engineer from July 2008 to November 2014. Additionally, they worked at Novartis as the Engineering Quality Compliance, Operational Excellence Head and HSE Coordinator from November 2014 to February 2020. Throughout their career, Mina has demonstrated their expertise in quality management, auditing, and process improvement.

Mina Raafat completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Production, from Akhbar ElYom Academy in 2008. In 2016, they obtained a Diploma in Total Quality Management from The American University in Cairo, and in 2017 they received a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from the same institution.

In 2023, Mina received a Master of Business Administration degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Mina also completed a PhD in Statistical Control and Quality Assurance from Cairo University between 2023 and 2026.

Furthermore, Mina holds several additional certifications including ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from Bureau Veritas Group in 2023, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from EMS Consulting Group, Inc. in 2017. Mina has also obtained certifications in Data Analysis & AI Application, Certified Trainer, Quality Management for Operational Excellence, Emergency action and fire prevention plans, Process Auditor VDA 6.3 2016, Asset Change Management Coordinator Certification, and Quality Management and Control Systems Release.
