Deprice Hunt

Deprice Hunt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2015, they held a Leadership Fellowship at the Chicago Freedom School. In 2016, they worked as an Office Assistant for The Office of The Provost at Morehouse College. In 2017, they interned as an Operation Specialist at AT&T. In 2019, they served as a Student Intern at the Alliance Theatre. In 2020, Hunt became an AmeriCorps Member, where they focused on providing education and support to Chicago Public School students. During this time, they also worked as a Learning Specialist and Case Manager at the Noble Network of Charter Schools. In 2022, Hunt joined Saks OFF 5TH as an Assistant Store Manager of Operations. In 2023, they worked as an Accounting & Real Estate Intern at Chicago Neighborhood Initiatives and as a Lead Project Coordinator | Site Manager at AHRC New York City. Overall, Hunt has gained experience in operations management, project coordination, education, and internships in finance and real estate.

Deprice Hunt has a diverse education history spanning various fields of study. Deprice began their education journey in 2016 at Morehouse College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fine Arts and English. Deprice completed their undergraduate studies in 2020.

Following this, Deprice Hunt continued their education and enrolled at the University of Chicago in 2020. Deprice obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Special Education and Teaching, completing their studies in 2021.

In 2020, Deprice Hunt also pursued a Master of Education (MEd) at Relay Graduate School of Education, specializing in Special Education and Teaching. Deprice completed this program in 2022.

In 2022, Deprice Hunt joined The Johns Hopkins University to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Business Management. Deprice is expected to complete this program in 2024.

Deprice Hunt has also obtained additional certifications throughout their education journey. Deprice completed a certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online in 2023. In the same year, they obtained certifications in Finance and Accounting from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) and Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Corporate Finance Foundations, Business Analysis Foundations, Creating a Leadership Development Program, and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn. Prior to these certifications, Deprice Hunt also obtained an Educator - Type 4 (Special Education/ESL) certification from Relay Graduate School of Education and the Illinois State Board of Education in 2022 and 2020, respectively. Additionally, they obtained a Leadership Certification from the Chicago Freedom School in 2015.
