Steve Grudi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Steve started as a Programmer/Analyst at Willis Towers Watson (formerly The Wyatt Company) in 1988 and worked there until 1995. Steve then joined The American Association of Retired Persons as a Senior Programmer Analyst from 1995 to 1998. After that, they worked at Intersections Inc. from 1998 to 2016, where they held various roles including Software Engineer/Database Administrator, Manager Database Administration, Director Software Development, and Senior Director Software Development. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at BioTel Research (Cardiocore & VirtualScopics) as the Director Of Software Development. Their most recent position is at The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), where they currently serve as the Director Of Software Development since 2019.
Steve Grudi attended Waynesburg University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. In January 2016, they obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from The Scrum Alliance.
