Teodor Lazar

Teodor Lazar is an experienced professional in the fields of mechanical engineering and operations management, currently serving as a Product Manager at The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) since June 2021. Previously, Teodor held various leadership roles at ASME, including Director of Operations, where management of Conformity Assessment strategic growth and a codes and standards system involving over 500 publications and 700 committees was key. Other positions at ASME included Director of Process Management, Project Engineering Advisor, and Senior Business Analyst, contributing to standards development and certification processes. Teodor's earlier experience includes a Project Engineer role at Citadel Technologies, overseeing the European office launch, and a Standards and Certification Engineer role at ASME. Teodor holds a Master of Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești.
