Thuva Senthilnathan, P.Eng., MBA, is an accomplished engineering and business professional with extensive experience at Bell Flight since May 2012. Currently serving as Associate Director of Commercial Development Programs, Thuva manages aircraft development initiatives and a diverse team of over 100 contributors. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities spanned strategic planning, market research, and the development of new technologies. Thuva also leads the Montreal/Ottawa Chapter of the Vertical Flight Society, promoting vertical flight technology in Canada. With a Master of Business Administration focused on Global Leadership and Strategy, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, Thuva combines technical expertise with strong leadership and strategic vision.
