Valerie Sheehan possesses extensive experience in association management and customer service, currently serving as the Membership Director at the Vertical Flight Society since July 2015. Prior to this role, Valerie held the position of Director of Association Services at NAEYC from February 2004 to July 2015, overseeing building administration and customer service operations. Valerie's earlier roles include Marketing and Database Manager at the World Resources Institute and Publication Associate at the World Bank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Toronto and an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Brussels.
