Sarah Urban, MBA, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is currently the Organizational Development & HR Compliance Manager at Ahtna, Inc. Previously, Sarah has also worked as an HR Project Analyst at the same company. Prior to that, Sarah served as the Human Resources Administrator and Human Resources Generalist / Marketing Coordinator at Fairweather, LLC. Sarah also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Hope Community Resources and as a Human Resources Assistant at Alaska Railroad. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Services Administration from Alaska Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
