Xiaochen Zhang

Xiaochen Zhang has a Ph.D. study in Innovative Finance for Development from Virginia Tech and a Master's degree in Global Studies from Leipzig University. With extensive experience in various companies and roles related to AI, FinTech, and innovation, Xiaochen is currently serving as the Chief Responsible AI Officer & Executive Director at AI2030, aiming to harness the transformative power of AI while minimizing its negative impact. Additionally, Xiaochen is actively involved in venture capital, mentorship, and investment in emerging technologies, contributing to the development of a collaborative ecosystem for strategic partnerships in the industry.
