Salvatore Coluccia

Salvatore Coluccia has been working in the software engineering field since 2016. In 2021, they began working as a Lead Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Ai Build. In 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer - Researcher at Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale del Piemonte, Liguria e Valle d'Aosta, where they used datasets from three different sources composed by millions of data derived from WGS analysis on Tuberculosis DNA in order to build different ML pipelines and to predict antibiotic resistance of a specific subject. Salvatore also developed a completely new web platform as main national resource that integrate different heterogeneous sources of data on Tuberculosis and a completely new web platform as regional central resource for West Nile virus' diagnostic data.
