Nicole Hampel

Nicole Hampel has extensive work experience in strategic roles, primarily focused on implementing initiatives and transforming strategic goals into tangible outcomes. Nicole has been the Strategic Director at AI Consulting Group since 2019, where they oversee projects related to advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Westpac, where they held various roles including Group Strategy Director, Strategy Implementation, and Portfolio Manager. Nicole also worked at Deutsche Bank, where they held roles such as APAC Portfolio Manager - Transformation, Head of Cross Product Sales Support Australia and New Zealand, Asia Pacific Commercial Analyst, and Supervisor of eComm Derivative Confirmations. Throughout their career, Nicole has been involved in portfolio management, project oversight, and strategic cost reduction, with a strong focus on enhancing customer experiences and delivering corporate insights.

Nicole Hampel obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Australian Institute of Business, spanning from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a dual degree, a B-Comm-Mktg in Economics and Marketing, at Macquarie University from 2003 to 2008. During their time at Macquarie University, Nicole also attained a B-AppFin degree in Applied Finance and Economics.
