You Lead. We Lift.

At AI Empowered VAs, we help ambitious founders, coaches, consultants, and creatives finally step out of the weeds and into their zone of genius. We provide highly skilled, Kenyan-based Virtual Assistants who are trained in AI tools, business operations, and strategic support—so you can scale with confidence.

You’re not lazy or unorganized. You’re just doing work that someone else could do better—with AI-enhanced speed and zero micromanagement.

Founded by Caroline in 2020, our agency was built to empower high-performing leaders to stop doing everything alone. Our VAs do more than check boxes—they think ahead, take initiative, and execute your vision with precision. It’s like having a second brain for your business and life.

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions. That’s why we personally match each client with a mission-ready VA based on your unique needs and goals. From content creation and inbox management to booking travel or handling your calendar—we’ve got you covered, professionally and personally.

Our clients trust us because we offer:

✅ Personalized VA matching
✅ AI-trained support with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, automations & more
✅ Strategy-focused onboarding with the founder
✅ Ongoing check-ins and performance tracking
✅ Flexible pricing and a VA Match Guarantee

Whether you're scaling a team, launching your next offer, or simply reclaiming your weekends, AI Empowered VAs are here to help you move faster, stay organized, and grow smarter.
