Pierpaolo Montinaro

Pierpaolo Montinaro is an experienced sales and business development leader with a strong background in the telecommunications and technology sectors. As Head of Sales at ai.esra since May 2025, Montinaro directs sales efforts for the ESRA platform, a cyber risk management solution. As CEO of PM Solutions S.r.l. since January 2014, Montinaro focuses on enhancing the business capabilities of large and medium enterprises through advanced technologies. Previous roles include Sales Director at Sandvine, responsible for analytics and revenue generation in the South-Med Region and Italy, and various sales positions at companies such as ErnieApp, ZTE, Cisco Systems, and Nokia.
