Alessandro Palmas

Alessandro Palmas is a seasoned professional in AI and R&D with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple tech companies. Currently, Alessandro serves as a Senior R&D at Ubisoft Montréal, focusing on transforming AI research prototypes into production-ready applications for AAA video games and coordinating an internationally distributed team. Previously, Alessandro founded and led DIAMBRA and Artificial Twin, developing competitive platforms for Deep Reinforcement Learning and advanced machine learning solutions. Additional roles include heading R&D initiatives at Nurjana Technologies, contributing as an advisor for NATO, and authoring chapters on reinforcement learning. Alessandro holds multiple master's degrees in aerospace and space engineering from institutions such as Politecnico di Torino and the University of Glasgow.
