Eddy van der Werff has a diverse range of work experience. Eddy began their career as a Business Intelligence consultant at i3, where they completed projects for various clients. Eddy then moved on to McGregor Fashion Group, where they worked as an Information Manager, responsible for the business side of IT. After that, they joined Vrijbuiter as an IT Manager, overseeing the IT infrastructure, application landscape, and telecommunications. Following their time at Vrijbuiter, they took on the role of Head of ICT at Abiant Holding, leading the ICT department for multiple business units within the company. Eddy later transitioned to the position of Manager ICT, Digitalization & Innovation at Abiant, with responsibilities encompassing support, innovation, and data analytics. Currently, Eddy is serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Asset Services at AI-InfraSolutions, a young and innovative organization specializing in asset management in the infrastructure sector.
Eddy van der Werff holds a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskundige Informatica from Hanzehogeschool Groningen / Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Eddy also holds a Master's degree in Business & ICT from the University of Groningen, completed from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they participated in a Masterclass in Digitaal leiderschap in het bedrijfsleven at Nyenrode Business University in 2018.
