Ibrahim Sultan

Ibrahim Sultan is an experienced researcher and writer focused on international migration and labor rights, currently serving as an International Migration and Labor Rights researcher at the U.S. Department of Labor since 2023. Concurrently, Ibrahim acts as a UC Advocate for Americans for Immigrant Justice and contributes to Central American News as a writer. Additional roles include serving as a Desk Officer/Writer for the Peace and Security Bureau at the Institute for a Greater Europe and reporting on foreign policy and domestic politics for US RENEW NEWS. Ibrahim's background includes research and writing positions at The Demos Collective and previous internships related to global advocacy and ethno-religious mediation. Ibrahim holds an MSc in International Studies and Politics from SOAS University of London and a BA in International Relations from Florida International University.
