Hugo Cen

Hugo Cen is the CEO and Founder of Ai Lab School, an online educational program focused on training programmers in artificial intelligence. Hugo started this role in May 2020 and continues to develop the program while also providing recruitment assistance to help programmers find employment.

Prior to that, Hugo was a Co-Founder of Digital Lab Agency, a marketing agency specializing in SEO, Content Marketing, PPC, and Lead Generation. Hugo started this role in November 2014 and played a key role in driving ROI through growth marketing tactics.

In addition to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Hugo co-founded NFTLABCLUB in March 2022 and has also worked as an Editorial Collaborator for Grupo Expansión and Entrepreneur Media, starting in December 2021 and February 2021 respectively.

Earlier in their career, Hugo served as a Community Organizer for Startup Weekend, and as a Business Development Executive for ArkusNexus, where they provided customized software solutions to clients using Agile development frameworks. Hugo started these roles in January 2016 and May 2017 respectively, with their employment at ArkusNexus ending in May 2019.

Hugo also has experience in business development, having worked in that role for Busca Corp, a digital entertainment company targeting the Hispanic audience, from December 2011 to November 2014. Hugo began their career with a Marketing Internship at the Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce, where they focused on promoting the bi-national event "Mexport 2012" and played a crucial role in business development and customer service.

Hugo Cen completed their Bachelor of Science and Arts degree in International Business at San Diego State University from 2006 to 2011. In 2009 to 2010, they also pursued a B.A in International Business at Universidad de Valparaíso. Additionally, Hugo obtained a Google Adwords Certification from Google in October 2015.
