Subramanya Srikant

Subramanya Srikant has over two decades of experience in human resources and management, currently serving as an Independent Consultant and VP of Human Resources at a Stealth Mode Startup Company from August 2022 to September 2024. Previously, Subramanya held the position of Head of Human Resources at ReshaMandi and Riversand Technologies, bringing extensive expertise in hiring strategies, VC funding initiatives, and sales and marketing. Earlier roles include Delivery Manager at IBM Global Service India Private Limited and Business PM at Sprint Nextel, complemented by a functional lead position at IBM. Subramanya holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.
