Himanshu Upreti

Himanshu Upreti has worked for a variety of organizations since 2014. In that year, they served as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they worked on a text mining project. In 2015, they participated in the Indo-French Centre for Applied Mathematics Summer School and was also a Senior Software Engineer at Visa, where they filed two Trade Secrets. In 2017, they co-founded and served as Vice President of Public Relations for V Speakers (Toastmasters Club of Visa Inc. Bengaluru). In 2018, they became a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First and Co-Founder and CTO of Ai Palette, a deep technology start-up for the CPG industry.

Himanshu Upreti obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in 2015. Prior to that, they attended General B C Joshi Army Public School, Pithoragarh from 2004 to 2011, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science. Upreti has also obtained several certifications, including Data-driven Decision Making from PwC in 2017, Data Science in Real Life and Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera in 2017, Machine Learning from Coursera in 2017, Introduction to Data Science in Python from Coursera Course Certificates in 2017, Apache Spark Certification Training from Edureka in 2016, The Data Scientist’s Toolbox from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, Cloudera Developer Training for Apache HBase from Cloudera in 2015, and CCA Administrator from Cloudera in 2018.
