Kapil Sharma

Kapil Sharma has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as a student at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. In 2013, they completed an internship at Wikasta Business and Technical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a project lead, working on developing a modified version of the ACO algorithm. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Business Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions in the US government healthcare sector, performing gap analysis of requirements and developing price estimation models. In 2017, they were a Consultant at ProTechGenie, delivering end-to-end technology solutions. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Product Manager at Cisco, working in cloud based B2B SaaS products and collaborating with the Product Marketing team to create collaterals and finalize pricing. Kapil also drove end-to-end product cycles for a drag-&-drop Email Composer app, resulting in savings of more than 1 MN USD/year for a single client. Currently, they are an Associate Director and Senior Product Manager at Ai Palette.

Kapil Sharma completed their B.tech. in Electronics and Computer Engineering from IIT Roorkee in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary Examination in Science from Central Academy, Gwalior in 2009. Kapil also attended Central Academy, Gwalior from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained the AHM 250 certification from Cognizant Technology Solutions in September 2014, and the Introduction to R certification from DataCamp.
