Tom Jastrzebski

Tom Jastrzebski is a seasoned venture capital professional and entrepreneur, recognized as the Founder and Managing Partner of LT Capital since 2018, which focuses on pre-seed and seed investments in Poland with a portfolio of 34 startups. In addition to leading LT Capital, Tom serves on the supervisory boards of several companies, including Labplus, Virbe, BioCam, and GSP TECH, and provides strategic guidance as a Board advisor for upmedic and AI REV. Previous experience includes roles in the investment and business creation sectors with InnoEnergy and Arkley. Tom holds a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Wales and has completed specialized training in B2B Sales for Startups and Entrepreneur Assessment at Esade.
