Frank (shaohuai) Cho

Frank (shaohuai) Cho began their career in 2011 as the Local Committee President of AIESEC, a youth network providing leadership development and cultural exchange experiences. In 2014 they became a Customer Service Specialist at Dünya Ta Marble (Global Stone), where they inspected quarries and assisted in negotiations between customers and quarry owners. In 2016 they moved to TouchPal as a Strategic Partner Manager, responsible for managing relationships with top 20 market-leading smartphone vendors. Most recently, in 2019, they took on the role of Business Director of AI Rudder, where they have more than a decade of experience developing AI solutions. Frank (shaohuai) is revolutionizing customer engagement by combining humans and AI to make customer experiences seamless.
