Jay Vaughan

Jay Vaughan currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI), focusing on strategic growth to support mission success for the Department of Defense and Federal Government. Prior to joining ASRI in January 2023, Vaughan held the position of Director at BlueHalo, where responsibilities included business development and capture management within the Air and Missile Defense and C4ISR Sector. Vaughan's career began at Aegis Technologies, where as Deputy Director of the Systems Engineering Group, expertise in systems engineering and modeling and simulation was applied to various NASA and DoD programs. Jay Vaughan holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
