Benjamin Ang serves as the Head of the Centre of Excellence for National Security at RSIS, focusing on future issues in technology and digital impact, while also holding roles as Co-Chief Data Officer (Policy) at AI Singapore and Special Counsel for Cyber Law & Policy at Osborne Clarke. With a strong background in cybersecurity, Benjamin Ang's expertise includes cyber diplomacy, cyberspace legislation, and digital forensics, evidenced by participation in UN working groups and various speaking engagements. Additionally, Benjamin Ang has extensive experience in the creative industry as a Principal Tutor at the Electronic Music Lab, Producer and Remixer for the synthpop duo Cosmic Armchair, and a history of legal expertise in positions such as General Manager at Storm Lion and Director roles in consulting and law firms. Academic credentials include an MBA/MS in Management Information Systems from Boston University and an LLB from the National University of Singapore.
