Johanna Bergman

Johanna Bergman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of artificial intelligence and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Initiatives at AI Sweden since September 2018, Johanna is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives and a portfolio of applied research and innovation projects at the Swedish National Center for applied Artificial Intelligence. Previously, Johanna held the role of Head of Project Portfolio at AI Sweden, where the focus was on developing collaborative AI projects addressing joint challenges across various organizations. Key contributions include being part of the operative founding team of AI Sweden during its establishment in late 2018. Additionally, Johanna has experience working with Lindholmen Science Park AB and previously completed a master’s thesis at RISE SICS on user experience in Internet of Things development. Johanna holds a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and has completed a course in Entrepreneurship and Project Management at Lund University School of Economics and Management.
