Asaff Zamir has extensive work experience in customer success and leadership roles. Asaff is currently the Global Head of Customer Success & Solutions at AI21 Labs. Prior to that, they served as an Advisory Board member at EverAfter.ai and as the Customer Success Community Founder & Advisor at the Israel Customer Success Community. Asaff also held roles at Zencity as the Chief Operating Officer and VP of Customer Success & Professional Services, at Siemplify as the VP of Customer Success & Support, at Mobilogy as the Director, Head of Customer Success, at Amdocs as the Global Project Manager and Customer Experience lead, and at Teleall Contact Centers as the Call Center Manager.
Asaff Zamir obtained a B.A in Economics & Managements from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo in the years 2008 to 2012. Following that, they pursued an M.A in Conflict resolving and negotiation at Tel Aviv University from 2011 to 2013. Asaff also obtained certifications such as "ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management" from HP in 2013, and "2021 Top 100 Customer Success Strategist" and "2023 Top 100 Customer Success Strategist" from SuccessHACKER.
