Ro'I Belson

Ro'i Belson is currently serving as a Language Data Analyst at AI21 Labs since July 2023. Previously, Ro'i worked at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from November 2019 to January 2023 as a Researcher of Reading and Statistical Learning, where responsibilities included designing and conducting experiments related to reading and language processing, utilizing computational tools for data analysis, and collaborating internationally. Ro'i also presented research at notable conferences such as BCBL 2022 in Spain and ISCOP 2021 in Israel. Additional roles at The Hebrew University included serving as a Teaching Assistant for a Historical Linguistics course and conducting independent research as a Research Assistant. Ro'i's earlier experience includes commanding training courses in Arabic and performing foreign language intelligence and data analysis in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 from March 2014 to July 2017. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Cognitive Science and a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science and Linguistics, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
