Shmuel Vashdi

Shmuel Vashdi has an extensive work experience in various technology companies. Shmuel is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at AI2C Technologies since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at VeloQuant Ltd as the VP R&D from February 2014 to December 2021. Before that, they were employed at Diligent Technologies (an IBM company) as the World Wide Storage QA, Development Level Customer Support, and Professional Services Manager from January 2011 to January 2014.

From January 2009 to December 2010, Shmuel served as the World Wide Solutions Engineering Manager at IBM-XIV, and prior to that, they worked as the Senior Software Development Manager from January 2002 to December 2008 at the same company. Before joining IBM, they were the Platform Development Manager at Whale Communications from January 2000 to December 2001.

Shmuel started their career at Scitex as the Imaging Software Development Leader from January 1993 to December 1999. Overall, they have held various managerial and technical roles, showcasing their expertise in software development, storage solutions, and research and development.

Shmuel Vashdi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bar-Ilan University during the years 1990 to 1993. Shmuel then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on the High-Tech Industry at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009.
