Theo Constantinidis

Theo Constantinidis has a diverse range of work experience. Theo is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at AI2C Technologies, where they oversee the implementation of real-time continual learning technologies. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder of Hellenic Finance, focusing on investing in Greek distressed assets. Theo has also founded Panaxia and PANAXIA LLP, where they provided financial advisory services and raised capital for investment opportunities. Theo served as a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Piraeus Bank and played a pivotal role in restructuring distressed sectors of the Greek economy. Additionally, Theo held positions at UBS, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, and Lehman Brothers, where they were involved in various roles such as managing director, global co-head, and head of structured trading and structuring.

Theo Constantinidis has a Master of Engineering degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 2022 and 2024. Theo also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Financial Engineering from NYU Stern School of Business, completed in 1998. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Computer Science from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, completed in 1990. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including a MicroMasters in Statistics and Data Science from MITx Courses in 2022 and a verified certificate in Machine Learning with Python from edX in 2021.
