James Shearin

James Shearin is currently the Director at Ai4. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Western & Southwest US Event Production at Bisnow from October 2017 to July 2020. In that role, they were responsible for the hiring, management, training, and development of Bisnow's Event Production Team in markets from Denver down to Texas and west. James also directed revenue and content production for 174 commercial real estate conferences annually.

Before their time at Bisnow, James was the Community Manager at MakeOffices from September 2015 to October 2017. In that role, they managed an on-site team responsible for office sales and operations, maintaining 98% occupancy at the 40,000 sq ft location. James also served as account manager to 400 clients.

James began their professional career as an intern at UNC Wilmington's Career Center from August 2012 to May 2015.

James Shearin has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. James also studied abroad at the University of Roehampton.
