Alison McLean

Alison Mclean serves as the General Manager for Shared Value Partnerships at AIA Australia since July 2020, leading a team focused on innovative wellbeing solutions that create Shared Value for customers, society, and the company. Prior to this role, Alison held multiple positions at Swiss Re from January 2007 to July 2020, culminating as Head of Behavioural Economics and Design. Earlier in Alison's career, experience includes serving as Clinical Manager and Case Manager at HCML between August 2004 and December 2006. Alison's educational background includes a Master's degree in Health Economics, Policy and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master's degree in Health, Safety and Environment from Queensland University of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Occupational Therapy from the University of Newcastle.
